John Steele, a sole practitioner in Palo Alto, will recount some of the ethics and professional liability issues that have arisen over the last year or so for IP lawyers, and will suggest ways that lawyers can protect clients and themselves from similar mishaps.  Mr. Steele focuses on legal ethics, professional responsibility, and risk management, especially for IP lawyers. 

This presentation will count as one hour of Ethics MCLE.
